>I do appreciate a good work, but if boss is OK with such a team and a whole job in not about something like a life-saving or making some scientific breakthroughs, why do I need to care about?
I myself care about work that either improves my own abilities the more I do it, or if I can improve the lives of others, even if a small bit. If my team is not pulling its weight I will spend more time carrying them and not learning for myself.
>At 8ch-like boards, everyone can become volunteer and enforce any rules they want. But certainly boards are not equal, and /b would be way more visited that some /b2, /altb, etc. Those who squatted such board would have way more visited board. Even worse, he can enforce any dumb rules he want, i.e., to ban all posts without images, or all mentions of any other chans, and just state that all haters gonna make theit own boards with their own rules.
This is true, though /b/ was always under direct global control, I do believe a few alt boards did succeed.
> but actually, most CP posters are not CP lovers, they just abuse the judgement system to destroy the boards, and even talking to a such terrorists is a common mistake - they just need to be banned in sight
A very valid point. I like the comparison of cp posters not being cp lovers, makes me wonder what percentage of them were lovers.
thanks, will look at these later
same. I just started my own new job, salary position, and I love it. I have my own office and everything.
>So, it existed in the past?
